Transparent billing

PayPal is the default gateway for paid plans after registration. Stripe is disabled and hidden until the Super Admin enables and verifies it. The checkout screen will disclose the amount, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, refund policy, and applicable taxes before payment. Raw card information is handled by the selected processor and is not stored by this directory.
