Separate government fees from professional charges Use written scopes, exclusions and payment schedules Protect private project addresses, plans and ownership documents Disclose conflicts, referral compensation and material limitations Maintain accurate jurisdiction, credential and insurance information Cooperate with complaint and verification reviews
